Membership Overview

We would love to have you be apart of the Louisville Artisans Guild!  With membership you will have full access to all the activities and resources that make being a Guild member so worthwhile.

 Joining as an Active Member

Becoming a member of the Louisville Artisans Guild begins with submitting a membership application. Artists of all levels of experience and ability are encouraged to join so as to immediately begin to learn and take advantage of the many Guild opportunities and functions. Once you are accepted as a regular member, the Guild will support and encourage you to obtain juried member status, allowing you to have your work eligible for inclusion in the Annual Exhibit and the Holiday Showcase.

•  Opportunities to meet and interact with other artists and craftsmen within the local community

•  Opportunities to participate in Guild-sponsored craft workshops and discussion groups

•  Opportunities to tour other artists' studio

•  Opportunity to have your best work exhibited and eligible for awards in the juried Annual Exhibit at a local gallery

•  Invitations and announcements of Guild activities

•  Subscription to the Guild Newsletter

•  Listing in the Guild membership directory

•  Invitations to annual picnic and Volunteer Appreciation party

• Opportunity to sell your ark work at the annual Holiday Showcase sponsored by the Guild. You can only participate once without becoming a juried member.

•  Inclusion of your work and contact information in the gallery section of the Guild web site

•  Use of the Guild identifying symbol (logotype) in advertising and hang-tags
