Thursday, March 12, 2026 | 6:30-7:30 (?) | Zoom: https://uky.zoom.us/j/82926865265

Pricing creative work can feel uncomfortable, confusing, or emotionally charged. This workshop breaks pricing down into practical, understandable components, including materials, labor, overhead, and market context. Artists will learn how to assess what their work truly costs to produce and sell, and how to set prices that are financially sustainable and professionally sound. The session also addresses how to talk about prices with buyers, galleries, and clients clearly and confidently, without apologizing or over-explaining.

Volunteer Fair -

Location: 141 Citizens Blvd, Simpsonville, KY 40067

This workshop offers a realistic way to think about the year ahead. Rather than pushing productivity or constant growth, it helps artists look honestly at income needs, production rhythms, upcoming opportunities, and personal capacity. Participants will explore how to align goals with time, energy, and available resources, and how to plan in ways that support sustainability instead of overcommitment. This session is especially useful for artists who want structure without rigidity and plans that can adapt as life and work shift.
